Pulled a double shift, as they say. Taught our software to the day dispatcher and night dispatcher during their shifts.
Dispatchers are particularly hard to train when at their desks and phones are running off the hook. I used some of the time to tweak this new site and import another month’s worth of entries from LiveJournal. I’ll start using this as my primary blog, now that the necessaryroughness.org name points here.
